At Snake Label, we strive to provide clear product descriptions to minimize surprises when you receive your order. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges or returns may be necessary.
Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
Most orders are processed within 12 hours of placement. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@snakelabel.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Address Errors
- If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
- Corrections can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.
- Snake Label is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- In cases where packages are returned to us due to incorrect addresses, a refund (excluding shipping costs) or a reshipment can be arranged upon request.
- Refunds or reshipments will only be processed once the package has been received by us.
Return Policy

30-Day Return Period:
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product.

Note: Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

Exchanges:
- You can exchange your item for a different size or color.
- Exchanges for a different product are not allowed. To switch products, request a refund and place a new order.

Refunds:
- Refunds are issued in the form of vouchers by default. If you prefer a monetary refund, please specify this in your request.
- Refunds will be processed for the final price paid after any discounts.
- Refunds for codes or vouchers are not possible.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

- Order number
- Description of the issue (e.g., incorrect or defective item)
- Supporting images or videos
- You may request a replacement or a product of equal value.

Restocking Fee:
- Some returns may incur a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, storage, and processing costs.
- This fee does not apply to returns due to manufacturer defects or for exchanges.
Returning an Item
- Fill out a return form accurately and include it with your return shipment.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- Refunds will be processed for the item’s price (minus any applicable restocking fees).
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds may take up to two weeks to process.
- After processing, it typically takes 3-5 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

Shipping & Exchanges Timeline
- Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges may take 2 to 7 weeks, depending on your location.

- For items valued at over $50, we recommend using a tracking number for your return shipment to ensure safe delivery.
