Who delivers my items?
Your items are shipped by our fulfillment center and will be delivered to you by your local post office.
Why haven’t I received my item yet?
Delivery times depend on your location and your local post office's working hours. Shipping usually takes 5 to 11 business days.
If your order hasn’t been received within 15 business days, you may be eligible for a return or refund under our warranty period.
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries follow the schedule of your local post office and typically occur during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
Where is Snake Label based?
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia, which may result in slightly longer delivery times.
What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us immediately at contact@snakelabel.com, and we’ll update your details or assist you in resolving the issue.
Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
Yes, but the item must be in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and proof of postage must be emailed to us.
Please note:
- Returns are not allowed on promotional items.
- Refunds may be authorized after review, depending on the item and reason for the return.
Can I exchange an item?
Send us an email at contact@snakelabel.com, and we’ll assist you with the exchange, provided the item is returned in perfect condition.
Change of Order
What if I change my mind about an order?
You can modify your order by emailing us within 2 hours of placing it. Be sure to include details about the item you’d like to change.
Damaged Items, Refunds, and Cancellations
I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you don’t receive a confirmation email after purchase:
- Check your junk or spam folder for our email.
- If you still can’t locate it, contact us at contact@snakelabel.com with your full name, address, and city of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
